How does check-in work?
All homes have self check-in: before arrival you receive instructions and access codes, so you can let yourself in at your preferred time within the stated check-in window.
Is online payment secure?
Yes: card payments go through Stripe with two-factor verification (SCA). Bank transfer is also available for bookings made well in advance.
Can I cancel my booking?
It depends on the chosen rate: cancellation terms are clearly shown before you confirm.
Is the tourist tax included?
It follows the city's rules and is shown during booking. Where applicable it can be paid conveniently online at check-in.
Is a security deposit required?
If required for your home, it is clearly stated in the booking conditions — no surprises on arrival.
